Being Taught From My Gambling Failures
Posted in Casino on 02/20/2010 01:21 pm by JamiyaFirst to explain why I write this article. I have been wagering on the internet or at land-based casinos for many years. I have learned, the fixation can take a hold of you and you will not even realize it until you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a winning run. I have gone through many thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I’ll go a bit too far. It appears you’re just having a blast until you decide to be aware of your loss and the anguish settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It doesn’t works. Then you become sick in your belly and the more you attempt the faster you are deprived.
When you notice that you’re up, STAY on the UP! When you begin to lose, don’t say to yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, trust me, this method RARELY ever operates. Say you are playing on slot games, have a bankroll set to the side prior to starting your play. Don’t go over that boundary, no matter how alluring. If you happen to win, put that in a different cup. Don’t risk your winnings no matter what. As soon as you’ve gone through your primary set limit, stop. Head out, whether it is on the internet or at a physical casino, do not stick around. Always keep in mind, there is going to be a different day, another time.
Remember, wagering is supposed to be exciting not exhausting, sickening work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, don’t even begin.
