The gambling den occupies 50,000 sq.ft., and has special features like an eighty-space trailer court and two thousand, five hundred passenger flatboat.

Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front Street. There are one hundred and fifty rooms and 7 penthouses close-at-hand at the gambling den. The casino coverstwenty-seven five hundred sq.ft. and presents several features. Aside from gaming, Casino Queen offers a two thousand, five hundred patron riverboat, a 140 spot camper court and easy access to MetroLink light-train station.
